Who we are

This site belongs to WIG Commerce (WIG Mídia), a paid media and CRM consultancy. On this page we explain which data we collect, what for, and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018).

Which data we collect

What you type into the forms: name, email, WhatsApp number, the brand's Instagram and revenue band, depending on the form.

Browsing data: pages visited, where the visit came from (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), browser and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

What we use it for

To get in touch about what you asked for: a diagnosis, a resource, a workshop or a conversation with the team, including over WhatsApp and email.

To send you WIG content and invitations, if you signed up for that. You can ask to be removed at any time.

To measure and improve our ads and the site, using Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It sits in our own systems (database and CRM) and is processed by the tools named above, which act as processors, solely for the purposes set out in this policy.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to alexander@wigcommerce.com.br.

How long we keep it

For as long as the purposes above require, or until you ask for deletion, subject to our legal obligations.

WIG's content, resources and workshops are for your own and your business's use. They may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
